        Eric bought the agency I was insured with, quite a few years ago. Went well for a few years. Been with State Farms 25 consecutive years. I just learned my auto insurance lapsed 6 months ago trying to renew car registration. A simple call or text would have remedied the situation. My call into the agency is repeatedly transferred to a foreign call center. I'm switching everything, house, rental property's & car to another agency. Do not recommend.

        My husband and I have tried to call this agent multiple times and we always get the same thing - the receptionist saying no one is available but they will give us a call back. And we never get a call back. Super frustrating.
