Special thanks to Jim for reaching out. I haven't gotten a call from All State since posting a negative review a while ago. I can only assume that he or his team reached out to All State HQ and complained for me. ;-)
I've never had experience with Jim or his team, but I can tell from his efforts to reach out to me to make this right that he really cares about his customers and their experience.

Jim is a great agent and I was always appreciative of how quickly he or somebody from his office would respond to any question I had. He made the claims process very easy to understand the one time I unfortunately had to file a claim. I recommend him as an agent if you are shopping around!
