Highlighting certain requirements with the owner (such as removing glue on the floor, removing over spray of texture and paint, etc) during the initial walk through, when the actual workers arrived, they were under the impression it was a simple house cleaning.
Even after pointing out overlooked issues, many were still left undone. Texture was left on both shower and tub, paint was left on windows, baseboards undusted after walls were dusted, glue still on floor, etc.
My observation is that this cleaning company is NOT experienced at performing construction cleaning. They were unorganized, and inexperienced in basic construction cleaning.
When I called the owner afterwards to discuss this, she promised to stop by later that day. No show, no call! I then texted her about a week later, expressing my disappointment in her lack of professionalism. I have never heard back. On faith, I paid the full amount after the initial clean, so that her employees could be paid. This was with the expectation a follow up clean would happen.
To this date, now almost a month later, there has been zero contact with from the owner.
My recommendation is for this company to stick to basic cleaning services and never sell themselves as post-construction cleaners. Very disappointed! Service: Post-construction cleaning
