Vicky handled all the insurance "red-tape" and managed the crews replacing the roofing and gutters. I found Vicky to be professional, courteous and easy to work with. Vicky was knowledgeable, accessible and highly responsive. The Eastern Slope Roofing crew worked cohesively and efficiently. Vicky checked in periodically to ensure the process ran smoothly. I am grateful for the quality job the entire team completed. Many Thanks to Eastern Slope Roofing! First time homeowner, working through the claims process after a category 4 hailstorm. Vicky provided transparent guidance throughout the entire process. Vicky was accessible and highly responsive. The Eastern Slope Roofing crew worked cohesively and efficiently. Vicky checked in morning of the job (6:30am) and was present throughout the entirety of the afternoon until job completion (3pm). I am grateful for the quality job the entire team completed. There are hundreds of reviews for roofers in the Pueblo, CO area. Eastern Slope Roofing really stood out from the others, so I requested a bid from them to replace the roof on my house. Vicky (East Slope Owner) did a thorough inspection, identified an area the insurance company had missed that needed repair as well, and provided a competitive bid. Vicky quickly responded to my questions, and I contracted with Eastern Slope Roofing. Shortly after the insurance settlement (which included the additional required work) they were on the job. Removal and replacement took only one day. Vicky’s crew showed up on time as promised, performed the work efficiently, did a quality job, and cleaned the area thoroughly before departing. The roof passed inspection without issue, and I am pleased that it looks so really good. Thanks Vicky for a great job!!!
