        I don't think I've had a better experience in all the years of shopping for insurance. I worked with Julie, who could articulate everything I needed to understand. She was prompt with both her work and about getting back to me. Better yet, this office can facilitate most payments and other issues, while other companies' agents direct you to a corporate level, where things are impersonal and laden with red tape.
