        WOW WOW WOW! Was quicker than EVERY other competitor in the area. Almost half of the price too. Went above and beyond with the first unit was delivered damaged to get my house comfortable until the new one could be installed. Would 1000 times recommend! Will continue to use Sam's for all of my future HVAC needs!

        We needed help with our heater on a weekend, we had not heat Friday night and Saturday am I was all worried about if anyone would come out and how expensive it would be, we called and he came ASAP and was so friendly and helpful, fixed our problem and was reasonable. I can’t say enough good things and please use Sams for any of your needs, absolutely the best!

        Poor installation for my swamp cooler. He did not bring or offer me anyway to get a cover... did not spray insulation in the outline of wall either inside or out.... No cover for inside vent!!!! my house was freezing by not being sealed. He also put copper line right dang across my house! He did not even try to hide the water line at all... looks horrible. When I tried to call and text him no one responded. will never hire them again. Service: Installation
