    Bought 2 mini split systems just over 1 year ago. They work fine but the temperature readings from the remote controller to the units are quite disparate. Sometimes there is a difference of 8 degrees from what you set the system to be and the actual temperature in the room. I asked for someone to come down and take a look and give me some insight. They couldn't be bothered because they didn't want to do a warrantee call on something so trivial. They pretty much told me to shove it. If I could have posted 0 stars, I would have.

    Tom came out to my home and I was promised a quote and prices in a few days. Several weeks later, never received anything. Impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office either. They do mostly commercial so if you own a home, look elsewhere for AC installations.

    I was used to work there and when needed insulation for my home decided to give them a call. They gave me a price for closed cell foam in my attic and we moved forward. Their installer is a subcontracted company that came over and did a terrible job with mixed materials, not the correct insulation and left a major mess in my attic. Between phone calls and failed attempts to have them come back to fix the disaster I gave them a little over a year and got nowhere with them. Asked for my money back and had to hire a Lawyer that courteously sent them a letter before bringing them to court but they just didn’t care about anything.Tried to keep the friendship and cordiality but looks like a couple thousand dollars are more valuable to them than the friendship of people they know and the satisfaction of their customers. It is a big shame. Anyone with questions and inquiries to find out if this is real please feel free to contact me and I will send you pictures of the disastrous work, copy of invoices and even a docket number from the court because this is not going to end here.

    Not sure what happen and maybe it was meant to be, but had Bruce Benson over a year ago to review heating and cooling for a new property. We agreed on specs and got good pricing back. Got the sense work was going to be completed on time etc It never happen. Not sure what happen, but Bruce didn't respond back and Cathy (rep) stop picking up or responding to emails to continue th work setup process and review. For me its all about customer service and someone should have at least return my email or call and say look we can't do it find someone else etc. I would have been fine with that. Bruce seem to know his stuff but I quickly got the sense he had a lot on his plate and the whole home setup was a small profit margin for them (not sure). Sometimes these things happen and feel like I avoided a worst situation down the road.

    I would give zero stars if that was and option. These guys are terrible! They promised design and install. Did not design anything and did a terrible job with the install. Units were placed in bad locations. They complained the whole time they were on site. Failed to coordinate with other contractors. They took a large deposit and completed about 25 %. They never showed up when promised.. Will not answer my calls. They refused to core holes required for the install and added change orders even though the offer was supposed to be all inclusive. Very disappointed.
