My neighbor recommended this company so I decided to try them out. Ive had issues with my boiler not giving hot water for years. Other companies made me change the coiler, also the mixing valve and other small things that would temporarily fix my issue but eventually come back. Until Antonio from Reliable came over and told me what would fix my issue for good. He suggested I get a heating tank and all my problems will go away. Well, it sure did!!!!! I am extremely satisfied with the work he did and the patiences he had to explain how everything works. Great communication and was able to get the job done in a day. The professionals at Reliable Heating got here in less than an hour! Such nice people. Explained what they were doing and why, and restored our heat and hot water before you could say "boy it's cold in here!" Reliable is just that and more. They have been maintaining my heating system for several years. Great customer and professional service. They are not only reactive but pro active. Just a few days ago they were not pleased with a part which still functioned but was on its last legs. It was covered in my service contract, replaced with the latest upgraded version. The performance difference is duly noted. The service technician explained the issue in detail. Five star service. They notify you when they are arriving, on time and on schedule.
