Their service manager Phill is very unprofessional and does not know what hes doing. I was told several times they fixed my air suspension on my 2011 jeep. I had to drive down there several times just show him its still not fixed. They said my transmission needed replaced. I have a warranty so I trusted their opinion ever since they replaced my transmission my jeep pulls hard to the right and makes a rattling noise on the front right wheel. They said it has nothing to do with what they did. All I know is I dropped it off and as soon as I drove away these issues were present. They have terrible customer service And they do not care about their customers. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Back in 2018 I bought an Outlander Sport from Scap Auto, and the process was smooth. Fast forward to today, they no longer service the car I bought from them, which has been the only shop to touch the car when it needed service. I hate switching shops, and wished they made an exception for loyal customers.
