Oh my GOSH. Persia Carpet cannot still be in business. They were very rude to my Mother. She paid cash to have wall-to-wall carpet installed in her home of 2500 Sq.ft. The payment included installation, from a sub-contractor of theirs. The sub contractor did a horrible job installing the carpet. They damaged the base boards, marked the freshly painted walls, and left millions of tiny pieces of carpet shavings all over the newly installed carpet. Persia was to include runners, bound out of the carpet remnants. Persia refused to provide her with the remnants free of charge, they wanted to charge her an additional amount that she never agreed to. Persia hung up on my Mother, and refused to correct or provide any followup, with the installer, to this awlful installation. Mother called me crying about her experience. My dad passed away recently, so I called in people to correct all her concerns. And, I did this on my dime, only because I love my Mom.
