I am required to use this agency per my company and I have never encountered such incompetence. If you ever need to make changes to your plans, expect them to not understand multiple times in a row or understand any of your emails. I would never recommend unless you expect all your travel plans to never change or ever go wrong.

The staff at Dadeland Travel is fantastic! Friendly, detail oriented and attentive. We have been clients for years and our loyalty to them over so long is because of how easy they make our vacation planning and travel. Highly recommend!
