Had our starter go out in fort Meyer's we are from Indiana. We werr stuck at a rest stop. We tried 3 other mechanics, mike answered his phone amd gave us a 2 hr eta. He got to us with our new part already in hand,had it fixed and back on the road in under an hr. If we are ever in the area and need assistance again, we know who to call. He was very polite,knowledgeable and friendly.
