I recently switched to this bank and set everything up online. I must say the customer service is the worst. The first time I came inside, there were no other customers inside and both tellers quite literally ignored me until they were finished with whatever they were doing. Not even a hi we will be with you in a moment. The second time, today I came to the drive thru that stated open, I sat there for about 15 minutes, ran the call button three times, nobody ever came on the speaker. I finally gave up and went to the ATM where I had to do two separate withdrawal due to the amount I wanted to withdrawal.

The fees are ridiculous they have too many branches that have too many different services they should be consolidating instead of individual drive to different branches for different things at this particular Branch I was serviced by a gentleman named Tim he's condescending sadly he's the manager of the branch go to a different branch unless you need your debit card replaced this is the only branch.
