I made the mistake of refering a customer here owners only concern was closing a sale sold the customer too much material and wrong material for the job of course it was NON RETURNABLE and the owner was nasty unprofessional
any of the surrounding tile stores are a better choice
store is often left unattended while the owner runs errands
I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN

The owner gave me great service to close the sale and he even had next day install available. It was cheaper than dolphin tile in front but more expensive than other quotes I received. I decided to go for a middle of the road cost and hope for quality service.
They came the next day, ripped out carpet and installed some coreproof click flooring. The floor material itself is great. The contractors were very friendly. They showed up an hour early. They worked fast and got the whole job done in 4 hours. I paid extra cash for them to rip out the carpet and help me move furniture. I really needed the 70s carpet gone so I'm glad they were able to do it so soon.
However, they left all the trash of the previous carpet and tile boxes in my front yard. Other contractors take the waste with them. Also they forgot to caulk the baseboards and some of them are a little uneven. Not the best quality job but the owner said he'd have the guys come back to finish caulking in a few days.
Overall, I wouldn't use them again for work but I'm satisfied with the material they sold me and the fact that they were able to install next day 2 bedrooms within 4 hours even if not the best quality work. I paid a lot and expected slightly higher quality work.
