Collier County Tax Collector (Wilson Branch)

Today was the first time I came to the Wilson location. Ive been only to the orange blossom location. I was helped by a woman named Debbie who had gone above and beyond to assist. She was very kind and a good conversationalist. She helped me transfer my plates to another car. However, there was an issue with my drivers license and the name not matching my SSC. She could have said there nothing I can do and make me have to come back. But no she went above and beyond to help with the issue so that I was able to get my vehicle on the road the same day. I give 5 stars and will only be going to this location from now on

Just got off the phone with someone at your office asking a very simple question. The conversation went something like Hi, I was unable to renew my registration online and was asked to fill out an affidavit form/ mail in for the first time. It has been over a week and I havent received the stickers yet. I just wanted t Immediately interrupted well yeah, you mailed it so you have to give it time. Oh Im sorry, Ive just received stickers within a weeks time in the past and wanted t Interrupted again Yeah, but did you mail it or do it online? In the past I was able to do it online, but I just Interrupted Well sir keep in mind that we had over 400k people move to Florida this year, so its going to take longer to process. I understand, but I just wanted to make sure that you received it was all So if I get pulled over, will Interrupted it should show up in the system. It might not though if it hasnt been processed. You have to come in though because their is a lot of work and I cant go over this over the phone. Fair enough. Have a good day. Hangs up. I've always enjoyed professional treatment at this facility...Smaller office...take a ticket with your number when it is busy....seldom is there more than a 20 minute wait...even when really busy...nice to have in Golden Gate estates for convenience. Blessings JMAC
