Full transparency, we have never been a patient here and didn't have the opportunity. The pediatric dentist we saw recommended this practice for my 11 year old because she has sensory challenges and frankly they just didn't have the patience for her to take breaks and also needs work on a permanent tooth which pediatric dentists apparently don't do. I called this practice and they very brusquely told me they don't accept patients under 13. I said Ok and could they recommend anyone in the are who works with kids with special needs and permanent teeth and they said no, and promptly hung up. Please don't tout yourself as this all inclusive special needs dentist then not place on your website that you can't help kids with permanent teeth and also don't have any recommendations. Dentists all in our area are recommending you so there needs to be some sort of communication. There's literally no where to take my child at this point. It's fine you don't treat them, but you could have been nicer on the phone to be honest.

I cannot express enough gratitude towards Dr. Kyle and Dr. Mike for the exceptional care they provided to my adult son, who has autism. Their patience, understanding, and expertise in their respective fields made what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and comfortable one. Dr. Duffy, with his gentle approach as a dentist, and Dr. Mike, with his skillful handling of anesthesia, both ensured that my son received the best possible care. Their teams were also incredibly supportive and accommodating, making us feel understood and respected throughout the process. It's rare to find such compassionate and professional healthcare providers who truly go above and beyond. Thank you, Dr. Duffy and Dr. Mike, for making a difference in our lives!

Just took my son in for a consult for a sedated cleaning. My son has Down Syndrome and has strong oral sensitivities, despite that, they were not only able to get my son to sit in the chair but he even brushed his teeth for them, which he has never done before. He is 19 years old and non-verbal, so typically he is not treated with an equal amount of respect, but here he was! The Doctor and staff were amazing! They went above and beyond my highest expectations!

It took me three years to find a dentist I trust and it was worth the wait to finally not panic at my appointments. I feel like I called every place in Central Florida asking what sort of sedation they offered for special needs cases, and everyone has basically the same answer, "you get a pill, like a Xanax, to take before you come in so you're relaxed during your visit, some people even fall asleep!" Nope, not me, my daily meds laugh at such an offer, plus nitrous gives me full physical panic attacks, crying, hyperventilating, it's super fun lemme tell yeah. But finally, I found these guys who put you to sleep sleep, for real sleep, even for a cleaning, and they don't care if you floss, I started my shame excuses and he said "what, huh, why, flossing? no, we don't have to talk about that, its cool". I'll post an update after I go later this week for a new broken tooth and long avoided cleaning. Yaaaaaaay
