I called this place to see if they have balloons, what's during normal business hours, nobody answer the phone and it went straight to voicemail. Really you can't answer a phone

I ordered flowers from Carly Ane's Florist last week for my best friend's birthday. I completed the order online and got a confirmation receipt for the order. Well, the flowers never arrived. I tried reaching the florist on 3 consecutive business days during normal business hours and my call always went to voicemail. No one has returned my call. I am confused as to what went wrong with their customer service. I see they have many excellent reviews and that is why I chose this company. I ultimately had to order flowers from another florist. Just wondering why they dropped the ball.

I ordered an arrangement from them and it was terrific, exceeding in quality and design what was pictured on their website. The arrangement is beautiful
