    DO NOT BOOK WITH ORLANDO VACATIONS - THEY WILL SCAM YOU! We booked a hotel that included Disney park tickets and once we go to the park the day the tickets were for we were informed that the tickets were invalid. Orlando Vacations phone line was not open so we could not call for assistance. They have still not done anything to compensate us for this and will not answer any of our communications with them. BEWARE!

    DeeDee was great with the booking. As far as the home and on-site assistance it was a nightmare!! Vacation ruined. To start I was notified a couple of hours before check in that the home I searched and booked because it had 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, gameroom and slide at the resort pool was changed to a 5 bedroom (which was not enough rooms), 3 baths and no game room. I called and was told it was an issue with the booked home and this is all they had! No compensation for the change. They said I was getting the difference in the cost of the home and still waiting on that. Upon arrival to the home, dirty walls, vomit on patio, dirty carpet, stools in the kitchen material torn, almost broken chair upstairs and downstairs. Ice maker wasn't working,jacuzzi wasn't working, the front lock wasn't working from the outside, back door wouldn't lock ( we put the broomstick in the jam so no one would come in on us. Towel rack broke that was clearly patched up several times before. They need to close this home down and deep clean and fix need led items. I called several times and they stopped responding to my emails and messages left! I've called several times after returning home and still waiting on a response or someone to call me. No notice of a refund or compensation for all of these things that ruined my family's vacation.

    I had a very bad experience with this service. I have booked the reservation 3 days prior to the travel and got the email with the order confirmation. Then they asked to pay a mandatory fee of $85 for property insurance and also mentioned in terms saying they are not responsible if there is any damage to property, which does not make any sense. Then i tried calling them multiple times to get this cleared but no response. And they asked to share credit card images and driving license image into a website which i felt not secured. So i tried calling again for it but no response. Finally I thought to go to the property and pay the insurance if i need to, but the property manager said they dont see my reservation which I have paid in full. I had a lot of trouble to find a different rental with my whole family of 6 people and a child in the car during mid night looking for hotels. It was a terrible experience and they charged the full amounts and now there is no reply again. If i wont get any reply for them for next 1-2 days i will try to file an official complaint

    I purchased package from them, 3 days 2 nights hotel and tickets for Legoland, Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. My Legoland and Universal Studios tickets were scheduled on the same day, the person that assisted me through chat said that I can visit Guest Services at Universal Studios on the day that I was initially going so they can change the date on the tickets and for me to be able to use them since they were going to be expired. At Guest Services I had to repurchase the tickets since they couldnt make any changes on the tickets that I already had because they were purchase by someone else. So I end up paying $541 repurchasing the tickets, when I already had paid $566 for the ones I already had. So here I am requesting a refund and its been 6 days of me calling being told that I will be called back and of course nobody will call me back, and nevertheless I call and as soon as I say my name they hang up on me, for sure they know who I am. Update on 6 day: they have approve the refund although it takes 4 to 5 business days for it to reflect on my account. Will come back to update on the outcome after the 5 business days
