Left one heck of a mess behind. Very unprofessional. Never showed up until 10 am. Stood around as much as they worked. Very nosy asking lots of personal questions about resident and property security. Have pictures to .show poor craftsmanship

Feels like "eh... just clean it up yourself" is the Weiler motto. Never did a final clean up. Spent the next week picking up screws, nails, bottle caps, cuttings and other OBVIOUS trash. They left supplies and bagged trash on my driveway for a week after. I had to put several bags on the curb and move the supplies off the driveway so I could use it. Never responded to several emails and IGNORED my requests (one a letter with photos) to have them do a final sweep with the magnet. A thorough clean up was in the contract, but no one at Weiler bothered to respond to my complaint or offer assistance. I waited an extra week before this review in hopes they would want to make it right... still NO RESPONSE. They cashed that check just fine though. Actual roof looks solid but not happy with their attitude, communication or completion of contract as written. Guess I should have refused final payment till they followed through, my bad. I didn't think that would be necessary. Service: Roof installation

We had 6 estimates and chose Weiler. They were very professional. We were not pleased with the trim being reattached and they sent someone out the same day and repaired it. We would highly recommend!
