Working with Sara Wilson, was an A+ experience. I was looking to possibly change my insurance company, seeking a better rate for my home insurance. I was fortunate being connected to Sara Wilson, Sara is very knowledgeable of all the products Allstate provides and was very patient with my learning-curve and perpetual questions. She was very professional but also very approachable, offering me some solid advice and suggestions... this made all the difference in my decision to not only "stay" with Allstate, but to "add" to my policy with my car, taking advantage of the home & auto bundle which produced a hefty discount to my home insurance premium! Sara was knowledgable, courteous and very professional, most importantly... talking with Sara Wilson was fun, she kept a dull subject-matter... light, painless and easy! A+++ company with excellent customer service, thank you Sara!
