        Pathetic service. The old guy at the shop was very rude in answering and doesn’t deserve to work here in customer service . DQ should remove him ASAP.

        Bad customer service! The old guy only took one of our orders (forgot the second) and was pissed when he had to go make another one again. Came back with a smoothie half blended...made me feel I'm drinking ice. Didn't want to ask if he could blend it more...who knows if he will spit on it. Just had to return it
