He arrived quickly and assessed the problem right away. He gave me a quote (actually 3) and explained what and why things needed to be done. He was dressed cleanly in his uniform and put booties on as soon as he entered the house. As soon as I approved the work, he began. He impressed me quite a bit regarding his promptness, ability to explain the work clearly, completing the job and cleaning up so nicely. I will call him back if needed.

I called at 7am with a backed sewer line and they were out by 9am. The tech removed a small mountain of tree roots and was respectful, professional, and pleasant. They were very reasonably priced, and back their work with a 30 day warranty. 10/10 would call again.

I contacted The Sewer Guys about a sewer line clog and Tony was out the same day to get the problem taken care of! He got all the tree roots out of the line that were built up over a long time. Very reasonable price and did a good job!

After taking my shower today, I noticed the drain was not draining. I live in a multi unit, condo building and needed help quickly because my neighbors Drain was also causing water to back up into my drain. After attempting Several things by myself, I had to call a professional and got a referral for the sewer guys. Tony came out to help Was very professional and got the job done quickly. He even Explained To me how to prevent the clog from happening Again and let me see what it was that he did The clog. It was my only day off For the rest of the week, and it was such a blessing To have everything fixed in Less than an hour.
