They came out late on a Saturday when no one else would and worked into the dark! So thankful for their help. Will definitely use them again for maintenance.

We called Ray's Septic Service to help us with a very serious issue to us. My sister's diamond pendant had dropped down her shower drain. After having a couple other plumbers out to look in the drains for the pendant, they could not see it, but were unsure it was still not in the "P" trap. But the way her pipes our it was impossible to see into the "P" trap. We tried running a very powerful hose down the drain in hopes it would flush the pendant out, but all that came out was a large soap scum wad and no pendant. So we believed at this time it had made it's way to the septic tank. After trying several, I mean several other septic tank companies no one was willing to try and find the diamond pendant, it was very disappointing, as my sister's heart was broken when she lost this family heirloom down the drain. When I called Ray's Septic Service and talked with Trevor they was so nice, so professional and so caring about our issue and they understood the importance of someone at least willing to try and find the pendant, they know what family means, we new there could not be a guarantee. After Trevor talked with his co-workers, Steven stepped up and said he was willing to open the tank and go inside and look for the pendant, I mean literally go inside the tank. I was amazed that I had finally found someone who cared enough about a sentimental heirloom that meant so much to us to do everything they could to help us find it. We knew it wouldn't be cheap, but to even find someone willing after all the no's was amazing!!!!!!! God Bless Trevor and especially Steven who went inside the tank and did his best to search through everything to find it. I am in awe of someone with that much commitment to not only their job, but going that extra 5 miles, above and beyond to try and help. Although we could not find the pendent, we will always be very grateful for their amazing attempt. I can not thank them enough, and they should be a shining example to those who told us they could do nothing but empty the tank. Thank you Trevor and Steven you are amazing, and we will always use your company for all our needs and i highly, highly recommend Ray's Septic Service to everyone who has plumbing and septic needs or anything else they offer, you will not be disappointed. Allen showed up promptly, and he did the job we asked. He drained our septic, then he went above and beyond and made sure everything was running smooth. On top of that, they maneuvered around my landscaping like professionals. They are friendly, knowledgeable and honest, and I highly recommend Ray's Septic Service. Well done, gentlemen.
