They used my water to fill up the water tank in the van with out my permission. They arrived early but should have used that time to get their own water. When I asked him about it, he told me he uses the water at all of his customers houses. I have never had a carpet company use my water to clean my carpet in the past. I asked my neighbors and they also told me that they havent had s company use their water to clean carpets. I think Im more annoyed that they hooked up the hose to my water faucet without permission. My carpet looks new! The technician was able to get out ground-in dirt and lift the carpet fibers back up. They were professional, on-time, and very thorough. The price quoted was the price charged. No bait and switch like many other carpet cleaning services. I will definitely use them again. Service: General carpet cleaning

Friendly on time and professional

Not impressed for the price. Over $300 for an area rug & 3 pieces of furniture. Already have to do it over just 2 months later.
Pros:
- Friendly
- Tackled an area rug with vomit without issue. (reason for 2 stars vs 1)
- Did a small portion of another area rug for "free".
Cons:
- Furniture smells worse than it did prior to cleaning.
- No "harsh checmical smell", but no smell at all (as if only water was used)
- The 'free' spot done on my white area rug turned yellow, and a $400 rug is now ruined.
- Dirty water dumped directly into my driveway when complete, then dried, leaving me to have to pressure wash when I have spare time in the spring.
Just be leery of the "you get what you pay for" mentality, because in my case, more expensive did not mean better service. Had quotes for $100 less to do the same job.
