        I have been looking around for a carpet cleaning service and this company is a 5 STAR for sure. They were on time, the price was better in town, and very respectful and professional. I had some really bad spots in the carpet that I was afraid would not come out and they did it. I am so pleased and plan on using them in the future for my carpet cleaning need.         They fit me in on short notice when my dog got sick all over my bedroom carpet. They took care of the smell and got a few stains out of other areas. I will definitely use this company in the future!! Services: Pet stain & odor removal, Carpet steam cleaning

        They used my water to fill up the water tank in the van with out my permission. They arrived early but should have used that time to get their own water. When I asked him about it, he told me he uses the water at all of his customer's houses. I have never had a carpet company use my water to clean my carpet in the past. I asked my neighbors and they also told me that they haven't had s company use their water to clean carpets. I think I'm more annoyed that they hooked up the hose to my water faucet  without permission.
