Hello Aliyah, our staff is at the office Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The staff does take a brief lunch break in the afternoon in which the office is closed for. Our community accepts and works with a variety of affordable programs and due to the nature of how complicated the application process for these programs can be - we require each person to apply in-person so we can have a staff member assist each step of the way. For this reason our online application process is disabled. Due to the high volume of walk-in traffic, we suggest emailing us to let us know when you are available to come by so we can set some time aside to designate to you.
