Just all around bad. BE WARNED - stay away! Do not rent from here. Dishonest and indifferent treatment of tenants. Keep looking elsewhere. Undelivered promises, I would not recommend this one to anyone. They said that they would give credit for referral to a current tenant that referred us, never happened. Moved in and there were fleas. Said they would adjust rent for changes to our living arrangements, never happened. Hit us with a full month of additional charges at end of rent agreement. Charged us $50 for a piece, and I repeat, a piece of trash left in the unit the size of my hand. You need to look elsewhere. I would look at a Walton community apartment for professional and caring staff. This one is not worth the trouble. Good luck out there Currently 26 likes and 5000+ views of this post. Know the truth. Ms. Towe, Zaren & Yarnell are so pleasant to deal with. Each interaction Ive had with the leasing team has been good. Theyre knowledgeable about their community and their dedication shows.

I visited a relative who is there and it's a very nice community. The amenities and close proximity to stores and restaurants are reasons that I will recommend Retreat at River Park to any friends and coworkers moving to that area.
