I cannot say enough good things about Apex! Don & Thomas were extraordinarily prompt in coming out to our home (less than 24 hours); provided multiple solutions for me to choose from, and ultimately sought to save my family and I money. There were no gimmicks - they listened and sought to implement a solution that would fit our budget. This was by far the best service experience we've had, and it could not have come at a better time; dealing with water and flood issues is frustrating enough. The level of service sets Apex apart from other 'disaster/water management' companies in Atlanta. While I hope to not need their services again, should another issue - Apex will be my first call.

-I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! -I was charged for an emergency call that I never made (I was actually told they would come out and give a free quote). -I was charged for insulation removal that was never removed (the square footage was inflated to increase the charge) -They rushed to my home to dry an active leak (which you cannot do) and I explained this to them but they assured me this was the process. After speaking with the plumber completing work on my home he told me that Apex was just trying to accumulate charges so I immediately asked them to pick up their equipment. I was then charged for days that they weren’t available to come to my home. -The company didn’t care about the inconsistency in communication nor the incomplete work. They harassed me for a check that they didn’t earn. -I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
