Very Disappointed, not worth the time or money.
We used this company to respond to a pipe burst and for the floor reconstruction after. At first they seemed very professional and responsible. They were timely responding to the call and began work almost immediately. The water damage mitigation team did their job well, removing the flooring and drying the property out but it was during the rebuild that everything went wrong. We were told they were done with the floors relatively quickly but when I swung by the property the floors looked terrible and entire sections were incomplete. The team leader came down and inspected, resulting in a different team being brought in to redo and finish the job. Another week later we were told the job was done. Again, I swung by and again, it looked terrible. Pieces were missing, walls were damaged, there were gaps in the floor, just sub par work overall. Finally, we were told all of the issues had been fixed and our furniture had been moved back in. We are currently in the process of moving back in and it's a disaster. The floor work is less than professional, including covering up gaps in a hallway with metal strips instead of flooring, gaps near the wall, floor boards improperly placed, floor boards scratched, scuffed, and chipped, scratches on the floor, a broken outlet cover, furniture moved into the wrong rooms, boxes and belongings wet and broken, my personal tools appeared to have been used and parts are missing, our kitchen was used and food is crusted on the stove top and inside of the microwave, and more. The floors aren't done well and the house is a mess. On top of all of this the team leader never inspected the work and very rarely returned calls or messages. We would go days after repeated calls and messages to get an answer on anything, sometimes even having to circumvent and go to his workers instead. The entire job took over two months and thousands of dollars and was not worth the time, money, stress, and headaches it caused. Even when contacting the team leader at the end to say we were unsatisfied I still haven't received a response. We are currently repainting things and fixing issues on our own, and maybe we'll get a response. Save yourself and FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

After my last post over two months ago. This company has hired 4 different people to complete flooring in my house that is still not completed. As o f today 5/27/2020, the job that was supposed to have been done in January 2020 is still not completed. Mr. Stacy Zanders has not been back to our house since he picked up the checked from the insurance company which was $22,000 back in December. He has gotten paid to complete a simple job in which he has not completed as of today.(the job that was to be completed was to put down flooring in our home) He told us and the insurance company that he could complete the job. The last crew that he had to our home was supposed to have completed the job. They did not put our toilet in correctly which has caused more water damage on. When pictures were taken to show him, he did not respond to our calls or texts as of today. He would not bring his team out to dry up the water damage that his crew created. We have went from using two bathrooms down to one.

Never finished the job. Stacey would call and say he was coming out and he needed more money. Would pick up money but didn't bring his 'guys'. Would say he would be here with them to finish the work and would never show up. Tore up both bathrooms, living room, 2 bedrooms, hallway, linen closet claiming it was in regulations. The leak was in the master bedroom bathroom. He piled everything in 2 rooms, furniture etc. making it difficult to get through the house. Blocked the patio door so had to walk the dog around outside the house to the backyard. My son and I had to make a pathway to the kitchen. I only had the use of 1 arm as I just had surgery on my shoulder and could not use that arm. Still have 1 area that he did not replace the carpeting. Last I saw him he said they were coming out and he needed more money. He met me at my bank, never saw him again. Filed a complaint with BBB. They responded by saying he told them he was DONE. His 'guys' did not speak English, 1 could speak broken English. When I would point things out that needed to be done he would tell me they were not told to do it so wouldn't. It took months (and I am not exaggerating) for my house to become somewhat habitable Service: Water damage cleanup

I made a call to Water Restoration Pros with some concerns about potential mold or water issues on my hardwood floor. Ricky came out the SAME DAY to inspect the area, the adjoining exterior walls, and my crawlspace.
At the end of his inspection he informed me that he didn't see any evidence of mold, and sent me some photos of what he believed to be the source of the problem, a small hole in the exterior wall underneath my gutter. Rather than charge exorbitant fees for "remediation and remodeling work", he said the problem appeared to be small and suggested that I just caulk the exterior wall and consider resurfacing the floor.
Strongly recommend this company, the visit was a great value, and I would consider using them again in the case of more serious damage.
