Initially great, very responsive. This was our first home buy and our agent was excellent at getting pre-approved to buy our first home. The process was made streamlined and very easy thanks to their expertise. The front of the house seems great.
The issues began AFTER we purchased our home. It has been a month now since we have attempted to change my wife's name on the Loan (documents) and add myself on the loan as an authorized rep. We have contacted their front of the house weekly via emails and phone calls. I have personally gone down to their office because we were unable to reach them via phone/email for 5 days (including the weekend), at that time I dropped off the necessary paperwork. The paperwork was transferred to the SERVICING DEPARTMENT and this is where everything stops. This is the fourth week of this and still no resolution. I have repeated asked if I could go down to the Servicing department myself, but was told that it was not necessary. They will be soon selling our loan and we look forward to a new home loan company. I will continue to contact them as I have called them today to leave a message. I will update this if they resolve this issue for us. - Kai
