Kiha Tirrell is an awesome agent. I needed insurance in the worst way quickly, and I approached him armed only with my knowledge of previous policies I owned, none of which really applied to my current needs. Well times change, and thankfully Kiha listened to me and took the time to educate me on better policies that offered more protection. He was able to thoroughly explain in simple terms how I would benefit, and he took care of everything immediately. I cant say enough about the levels of professionalism and concern Kiha displayed, all the while putting me at ease and assuring me his office could handle my insurance needs. Additionally, his quotes were very fair and easily affordable, even offering monthly payments to make budgeting easy. I highly recommend his office.
