Our plan would randomly just stop after being told not to worry and it would continue. Not reliable! Has been way more of a hassle then it should be.

Youre in good hands... until something happens, then no one can help. This company will do anything to avoid paying a claim. Police report, pics, documentation, and a fully paid policy... doesnt matter. Theyll make you take them to court before theyll pay you. Cant seem to get this local rep on the phone to help out either. Theyll take your money with a smile, but if you need anything then its out of their hands.

I was rear ended and my car was totalled. Upon purchasing the same car that was totalled I was surprised to find out that my insurance went up and I have still not received a notice or explanation other than the bill.
