We have owned a 2 bedroom condo in Maui Kamaole for approximately 15 years.We met Roger Pleski with Wailea Realty Corp. because he was frequently selling condos in our complex. A mutual friend recommended us to Roger and we were so happy to have him represent us with purchasing a condo in Kihei. Roger helped guide us, as Canadian buyers purchasing for the first time in a US market and purchasing in an extremely competitive seller’s market. We put forward 12 offers with competing offers before one was accepted. Throughout the process, Roger was very patient and supportive. We found Roger to be extremely knowledgeable of the Maui market and dynamics, experienced, connected to other agents and buyers/sellers and reputable. And, even after our deal closed Roger still helps connect us with contractors, cleaning teams and anything related to our property. When we picked Roger Pleski I was looking for a fast turn around on the sale of our property and a return on our investment that we deserved. From the time I contacted him he jumped through every obstacle that was in our way. He is very knowledgeable and professional and a great communicator that knows the way to get things done on Maui. I was totally pleased with the way Roger handled our sale from start to finish. He will go up and beyond what is expected and does little things, like returned our cable boxes, that he didn't necessarily have to do, but did, and made our life easier and his more complicated.
