A sprint dealer, without the corporate BS drama.
Sometimes a wait, as it's small, and occasionally crowded, but the employees are very forthcoming, and knowledgeable. When they don't know, they admit it, but then you get stuck waiting while they have to sit on 800# hold, same as you and I. But on several occasions, I've seen them go above and beyond to do what's right, to provide customer satisfaction, and that's what the end user wants. Youngins, and the elderly are all treated equally. One time I was there, and they were helping a gentleman to text with pictures, and use find my iPhone. Good people!
