I had the pleasure of switching to Farmers Insurance after talking to my agent Amber. She is amazing!!!!!!! She made the process very smooth and easy. She never came off as pushy, yet at the same time she is always available to answer my questions and concerns. She gets back to me in about 1 minute and 20 seconds top on the long end (no joke!), should I need anything. I will always recommend her to anyone for any type of insurance.
