Bryen Zimmerman: Allstate Insurance

Just as another another response says I have called and emailed multiple times in the last 2 months and have not gotten any response ... on a side note, the way you have to leave a message is ridiculous (I think it's through alstate) as you call the number and then it says they are not available and tells you that you have to enter in the number again that you just called, stupid.

I haven't been with Allstate long but they have taken very good care of me and made me feel welcome.. I feel they have been helpful, honest and fair and it's been a pleasure doing business with them.....

While I like being an Allstate client, this location I would avoid. I have attempted to contact them by phone and email countless times since March with no response. I am aware of being patient during a global pandemic; however to date, Bryen Zimmerman has yet to return my messages. I worry if something does happen to my home, car, etc. they will not be available. Avoid this location. Prior to posting this, I reached out to bryen Zimmerman to try to get some support for a claim (again) but still no word back.

Quick to respond if he wants payment or to sell a product, extremely slow to answer questions that do not create a monetary opportunity.
