Scott's Sprinkler Service

Update 3-21-2022: As you can see in their response, they accuse me of "slandering" them when I haven't worked with them. This would mean that I lied about my experience, I did not. This is my opinion about the exoerience i had with them. Just because I did not hire them to install my sprinkler system doesn't mean that I did not work with them. Obviously they don't count customer service before you pay them. Yet another red flag. There are also several bad reviews here about some of their work so I feel I dodged a bullet, anyway. They don't seem to want my business. Not sure if they don't have staff or something and that's why they do this, but last year I called to get a quote and was told they weren't booking installations anymore for the year. It was kind of late so I was understanding but when I called this year I was discouraged at every step. First without even knowing my address she told me that the cost would be $6500 to $8000 for an average sized 1/4 acre lot. Then she went on to tell me they wouldn't even be able to install until mid summer. Finally she didn't schedule but told me that I would get an email to schedule. Never heard anything from her. The national average for a sprinkler system install on the high end is $3500. How are they more that two times higher than the national average?! Bad business practices. Big red flags. I would not trust them.

Have used them for years- 2 installs, openings and closings. Have always been happy with the service. When we moved I tried another company that our previous homeowner had been with, but after 1 year, we switched right back to Scott's .

We needed a part of our sprinkler system serviced and used Scott's for the start up. Ivan came out and was very friendly, professional and informative. Our system is working great and it took him no time to get the system repaired and in working order. Their prices seem reasonable and the start up service we used with them also was a good experience. I would definitely suggest using this company, mainly for the work Ivan did and how well he represented the company from today's service. Ivan from Scott's came by to replace our RPC valve which was reportedly not repairable by a previous tech. Ivan took the time to disassemble the RPC and found a misaligned spring on the relief valve. Once he corrected that and put the RPC back together, no leaks!!! Great service and saved me $600 for a new RPC.
