We used Dew Sprinkler for about 7 years. I was not impressed. The guy who they sent out to turn on/off our system would stand out there and adjust the sprayers with his foot while smoking a cigarette. The owner told me this is not how they are adjusted so maybe that's why I had so many problems. We witnessed him twisting the sprayer while it was running back and forth and the spray would change direction. All the while smoking his cigarette. In retrospect since the owner said this is not how they are to be adjusted he probably loosened them and that's why they were all leaking. Once he unplugged my freezer in the basement and we lost all our frozen meat, not to mention the mess. The company did offer to pay for the loss, but still it was a total mess that I had to clean up, and it never should have happened. Total lack of attention. Once the guy they sent did not tighten something inside and water was dripping inside in the basement. Had he looked he would have caught that and not had to come back to tighten it. Once they did not tighten something outside and water was dripping. Again...attention to detail lacking. One year they told me I needed to replace all my heads. Come to find out they are not nearly as expensive as what they charged me and they just screw in and out. I am unsure if they needed to be replaced and honestly a lot of them were still pooling after they did this. I had them back a few times because I would find puddles by the heads and the cigarette smoking guy would just stand there and twist the heads with his foot rather than getting down there and tightening them to make sure they were not leaking. A few years ago I decided to cut my losses and not turn the system on. Thanks Dew Sprinkler for making me wish I did not have a sprinkler system.

We have had a Dew Sprinkler system for 23 years. We have always found them to be an extremely good company to work with. Many others in our subdivision recommend Dew Sprinkler as well. This year is the first time we have had the need to replace our sprinkler heads. Needless to say, it has been a VERY reliable system. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance

None of these reviews are accurate. Dew services my property and in the 6 years we have had them I have zero complaints. They winterize our lines and do spring startup. Lastly I suggest anyone having service done get educated on sprinkler systems before making choices on any vendor.
