      image They are very bad at communication or returning emails. I have to email them several times before I get a response, even when they say they are replying to me that day. I ended up going with another insurance company because I could not get them to confirm my new renter's policy and I need proof of insurance before I can move into my new complex and I could not get a response. I also got a cheaper rate through State Farm who I was with previously and they respond promptly.
