Customer service is horrendous here. I was left speechless with the way my request for a quote was handled. There are proper ways to treat and speak to your customers. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years I would never phantom speaking to a customer the way I was spoken to. Your customers pay your check and keep your business open and should be treated with respect. This experience was beyond upsetting and disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere, I'd recommend others do as well if they'd like to be treated respectfully.
