Took a few days for them to get back to me but when they did they were very apologetic for the delay. Came out the very next day to offer an estimate. Gave ample time in explaining everything and answering all of my wife's and my questions. Offered a fair estimate and left sample materials behind including color swatches. Overall a positive experience. Have a couple additional companies coming to offer an estimate but they were impressive in their appearance and professionalism.

Of the three companies I called, CKJ was a no-brainer to hire. Firstly because Marie is a sole proprietor that takes pride in her the work. Secondly, she was also the most pleasant to work with. She measured accurately, asked the right questions and explained thoroughly the process. She even worked it out to have her crew remove the heavy items off the deck as well as put them back when the deck was dry. Due to the situation this summer she said it would be about 2 months before I could be be scheduled, but I was willing to wait. To my delight she was able to schedule us a few weeks earlier. The crew came on time on the day scheduled. They did a great job power-washing the deck floor and railing. They came the next day to sand and apply the stain with brushes which is so much better than rollers. The work was done so well, and our deck look brand new that my neighbor came by to get the number to do his deck. I would recommend CKJ to everyone. Service: Power/pressure washing
