    DO NOT GO HERE! Called them told them my MacBook has no power and Ive tried all the tricks on internet.. They said bring it in they got more things to try.. I live 80 miles away.. I get there Pay the $69.95 for them to Diagnosed the MacBook they call me about 5 hours later they say they cant do any Diagnostics and it will need shipped to apple because they cant run any Diagnostics because its dead.. They say pay them another $579 for apple to fix it.. I told them it was Dead before I drove there.. I told them no, Ill come and pick it up so 17 days later I go to pick it up the front desk Clerk said it will be a minute they got to put it back together.. why is it apart.. she gives me these weird eyes like I dont know this is weird.. so they wont give me any money back after.. they said they couldnt Diagnosed it because it was dead

    After talking to Apple care representative in the evening about an ongoing problem with my new iPad, they set me up an appointment to have my iPad checked out by MacExperience. I got there a little bit early and spoke to a very helpful representative named Scotty who quickly was able to tell me that the Apple care representative told me was not correct and that they would have to keep my iPad to fully check it out versus what the AppleCare person told me that it would take 15 to 20 minutes and I could wait there. Scotty also told me that they would have to send away and I would be without my iPad for a while. While I was still resetting my perceptions about this, I asked if they were any other options and Scotty said I could choose to go up to the Apple store which is a four hour round-trip journey and they perhaps could replace it on the spot (he could not promise be able to replace it on the spot )after they do the checks. He also showed me how to sync my notes between my iPad and my iPhone and said that I could try to reset all my settings in case it was a corrupted file and told me how to do that and what not to do during it. Im very appreciative of the outstanding customer service provided by Scotty. And I really am thankful that he laid out everything and told me my options so that I could make an informed decision.

    Called Apple for trouble with my desktop Mac and they referred me to Mac Experience right here in Bloomington!! They were very knowledgeable and were able to explain things to me in a way that I understood! Very friendly staff. They also sell a lot of apple products that I plan to keep in mind!! My computer is working again, and I my computer back quicker than I expected! I will for sure be back!

They were very knowledgeable and were able to explain things to me in a way that I understood! Very friendly staff. They also sell a lot of apple products that I plan to keep in mind!!
