I originally reach out to this company because of how good the reviews were. I requested an estimate and somebody got back to me through text messaging and we set up an appointment for March 6th at 9 am. The week before somebody called me to discuss what the project was going to be and then said they could come out earlier. We planned on him coming to my house on Monday, February 1st at 5:30 p.m. I even moved around my day because I normally have a few places to stop after work but that day I decided I would come straight home so I can be here in time. Monday came and nobody showed up. I tried calling and left a voicemail to see if everything was okay oh, I never got a call back. A few days later I texted them and I have still not received a response. Nobody ever showed up, nobody ever called to tell me that they weren't coming, so not only did I move around my own personal plans for absolutely nothing, I find it very highly unprofessional to leave a customer hanging. If you decided you didn't want to do the project, the least somebody could have done was reach out to me instead of me sitting around waiting all evening for somebody to show up or call.

I would recommend 360 Painting to all of my friends! They were professional, detailed, clean, and kept me updated on my project every step of the way! They painted my living room/entry/hallways/staircase/doors & trim, all with high ceilings and lots of ceiling repair needed. They did an amazing job, I couldn't haven't been more pleased.
