The View at 79th Apartments

This has to be the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. They don’t fix nothing, they barely answer the phone. My whole townhouse is falling apart, and they can care less. Take your money somewhere else it’s not worth it here. The pool never opened, the drain system is trash, your sinks are always stopped up and not to mention the washer drains all on your floor. I’ve been having this problem since I moved in, in March. I can’t wait to get the hell out of here.

I had to call the Health Department on these people. I had no refrigerator for almost 3 months. I'm trying to leave now.

Horrible experience, I have had an issue with my neighbors and their constantly loud music playing since I moved in . The office said I would have to call the police and make a complaint and if the cops come out then they’ll do something, I’ve called the non emergency every night they play music for hours on end . The cops won’t come out because it’s not a priority. Have audios/ vids of them blasting music, brought them to the office still won’t do anything . They don’t care about the up keep of this place , but expect you to pay $$ money every month for bare minimum. I shouldn’t dread coming home smh.

New Management is the worst ever! None of the outdoor security lights are working.. can't seem to pick up trash anymore. Pool is still not open and now the grass is 10 inches high. Turning into a blighted neighborhood.

The worst apartments to ever move in the my are not welcoming at all I have been living here for 4 months and every since day 1 the air in this unit hasn’t worked when I moved And they gave me a list to complete of things wrong with the apartment and so I contacted them a week later to fix the air and it’s been four months and they haven’t been out to fix anything We’re dealing with 90° weather and there’s nothing that they could do so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anybody
