John Fowler Plumbing

We have been loyal customers of John Fowler for the past few years and I have always recommended them to everyone….until now. My husband and I rehab houses for a living. We had hired a different plumber to do some complicated plumbing work on a rehab. He discovered this was something he didn’t have the expertise to do so we called John Fowler. We explained the problem and explained what the other plumber could not do and Chase gave us his word that this was definitely something they COULD do. So we paid an additional $2500 to have these ‘experts’ complete this plumbing job. However, they could not do the job as was agreed upon either yet they took our money. We could not check the work until after we submitted the payment and we didn’t worry about this because we figured they could trust them. WOW! Chase really showed his true colors. He did NOT stand by his word and do the job as he said he would do. He was more concerned about his money than he was about being honest and keeping a very loyal customer. In addition, h was extremely rude and condescending and we were quite shocked! Now, going forward I will tell EVERYONE I know to STAY AWAY FROM JOHN FOWLER. They will take your money and run!
