REMOVE this profile! Sara Pyle doesnt work for this company anymore and rerouted all her calls to my phone because the phone company put in the wrong area code ! I am receiving all these calls and it is a personal phone line of someone in Michigan

This isn't so much about Sara, as it is about Allstate. They took my auto payment out on payday and said there was non sufficient funds (which there wasn't because it came out of my bank) and charged me $20. I had no idea. So, thinking my insurance was paid, they canceled my policy and told me if I paid what I owed I'd be eligible for reinstatement. LIES. They took my money and Sara said I wasn't eligible for reinstatement because of this one time lapse. CROOKS. So, I'm out $200 from them plus what I had to spend starting a new policy elsewhere. I've also had friends tell me Allstate is awful about paying out policies, so I was nervous about doing business with them in the first place. If you're thinking of doing business with them, tread lightly and avoid auto pay it's not worth the discount.
