From leaking dishwashers, to windows that are broken. I am rather disappointed in my stay at Huntley ridge. If you love being ignored by management when something needed to be fixed, then this is the place. Told management multiple times even face to face.. my kitchen floor is coming up as well as stables from the wood underneath. It has caused our feet to bleed a few times and our daughter once. They still didn’t care. The one time they came to fix my window he left his stuff and never came back. Window was never fixed and was actually worse than before…
Not renovated and never planned on being renovated. Mold under kitchen sink and management never did anything. The list goes on and on. From cockroach infestation outside to the constant earthy smell. They rarely spray for pests. Thank god Chris is no longer here. All though I highly doubt any change will occur. I stand by what I said. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I’ve been here almost 2 years now, and my first year was great. Miss Joy was an amazing landlord and we never had issues. Flash forward to this year a couple months ago and that’s when it really started going downhill. I was suppose to be transferring apartments and my date literally kept getting moved as well as to which apartment I’d actually be going in. 65 or 69 and sometimes 74 was thrown in there. This went on for a couple weeks! But I was calm, patient and waited to officially be moved in. Now today I wake up to find an eviction notice dated Oct 6 and it’s marked that it was handed to me! Today is Oct 11 and the paper was stuck in my door. I’m aggravated because I paid it late (on the 7th) already but never received an email stating the payment wasn’t confirmed. I went down to talk to our new landlord I guess? She said it was never paid, I have until Friday, and that they don’t send out emails, only late notices! I’m sorry but WHAT? I’ve gotten confirmation emails before saying it did or did not go through. This place is crumbling fast and I’m not the only tenant who thinks that. I use to love this place but now I can’t wait to move!
