Referred by our insurance company and generous providing them with a one star rating. Started out with the project exceptionally well with prompt reliable service. Had a time frame for a scheduled follow-up appt and were a no show without a call or explanation. Missing piece of furniture and no response from the company of its whereabouts. Garrett was extremely flexible and professional with his service. He actually met me at my house on a Friday night to begin drying out the kitchen and basement after a kitchen pipe burst. He was very efficient with setting up the heavy duty fans and equipment and running them at ideal capacity. He was also very thorough with the entire drying out process and efficient with running the tests and monitor to make sure all walls, floors, and ceiling were completely dry before finishing up the job. I definitely recommend Rainbow Restoration to any folks out there in need of getting their house clean and back in order after a water or fire disaster!
