Dennis Scherer was the most professional, competent, and caring realtor I've had the pleasure of working with. Even in this demanding market where he's got no shortage of clientele, he gave my wife and I personal attention above and beyond the scope of his duties. Dennis made time for us on numerous occasions, making house calls, meeting us out and about, and he also answered every phone call. He had a fantastic buying and listing strategy for our home sale and home purchase, and made sure to keep in touch with us for every stop and hiccup along the way. His personal experience and expertise were invaluable, and he saved my wife and I a lot of time and money with his input. Dennis is also extremely responsive to your input, and he wants to makes sure whatever listing or buying strategy you have is in line with what he knows/thinks is doable in the current market. When searching for a Realtor in the Indiana area to represent you in one of the biggest purchases of your life, when experience matters, when knowledge and marketing skill are of utmost importance. Dennis Scherer is the person that you would choose. He is very professional, dedicated and timely with sensitive or important information during and after your home buying process. I live in Alaska and contacted and hired Dennis from there to represent me in a home purchase in Indiana. Before visiting Indiana, Dennis was instrumental in showing listing of potential properties with relevant updates. During my visit to Indiana, a daily schedule was created to visit multiple pre-built homes in the same day as well as visiting new construction. The family decided on a new construction home that was completed in a relatively short time frame despite the present pandemic. I closed on the home and Dennis has been designated to hold the keys for the premises until we arrive later in the year in Indiana
