Nice place, great place for the money, clean , pretty good kept up. The only negative was the breakfast.

Rat infested trap. Do stay here, online pictures are not accurate. Room was filthy, no one available to assist. You better sleep with one eye open if you stay here.

If you want to stay in a place where staff is not helpful, place isnt cleaned, smells like cigarettes and marijuana, and is very unsafe, this is it. My door looked like it had been kicked in prior to my stay, theres mold in the bathrooms, the locks on the door didnt work. Wasnt even attached to the wall. As a female, no way would I stay. I ended up not staying in the room I paid for and not getting refunded either. Will NEVER stay at a Wyndham again.
Safety: If someone could break in so easily. Its not safe. You guys need management that actually cares about the place.

This was one of my worst hotel experiences in recent memory (rivaled only by a Detroit hotel that had dried human feces on the sheets). I booked it on the understanding there was a pool, but when I checked in they lied and said there was no poolit turns out upon questioning that there is one, just not operational because of "high pH levels." The heat in the room did not work. We had it cranked up to 85 and the air coming from the vent could not have been more than 60 degrees. It was 30 degrees out and we slept wearing layers with extra blankets from the second bed. The TV remote didn't work so it was almost impossible to operate the TV. I found a clump of hair in the bathtub. I asked to be moved, but they said they were full and would not move us even though they continued checking people into other rooms. The breakfast was incredibly meager (there were 4 yogurts and milk in the fridge, no butter or jelly, no hot water, only one kind of dry cereal and about 3 English muffins and the waffle mix appeared to be diluted). The two small coffee carafes had decaf in the black-topped carafe and regular coffee in the orange-topped onestaff did not appear to be familiar with the convention of orange for decaf. Another guest mentioned that the smoke alarm in their room was not operational.
